A naked picture of a No Limit solider is currently circulating and causing a stir online. Romeo Miller, 23, is the latest celeb to fall victim to a nude picture scandal. Midday Wednesday a photo surfaced on social media of the actor/rapper apparently posing nude in front of a mirror. And since its release, fans have reacted online and posted comments on Twitter.
